Our business philosophy

Dekoteam is an entrepreneurial, flexible, all-round service minded company. The principle of a collaboration with Dekoteam is based on trust and honest communication and from that point of view we create unique concepts that become private meeting points for our clients. To achieve this, Dekoteam’s style of work is enthusiastic, sustainable and always with an eye for detail.

We combine our passion and focus for result to transform the clients wish into a custom made design. A strong action plan were the focus and attention goes out to develop and live up to the clients wish. This makes Dekoteam an inspiring matchmaker who connects the client with her target group.  

A few points that sets us apart from our competing colleagues include the following elements: 

Approved booth design
The design that we present you in this offer is in full compliance with the building regulations of the exhibition and has already been submitted to the exhibition organizers. If we reach an agreement regarding to our offer, we will require a final approval for the design. It may occur that, because of changes in the building regulations, we need to apply (minor) adjustments in the design, these changes will, always, be presented to you for approval;

Our suppliers
For each discipline of the realisation we will work with a separate partner who is specialized in a specific type of work. We deliberately chose to work with separate partners because, in our opinion,
each project requires a different approach, a different look & feel. We only work with partners that are used to work at the same level of quality that we pursue. We personally selected these suppliers so that we can guarantee you the best result.

Your contact person at Dekoteam
Your current contact person at Dekoteam will remain your contact even after we reach an agreement regarding to our offer. Besides your current contact we will also appoint you a project manager.
This project manager has been informed about the project all the way from the start of the proposal phase. Therefore, there are always several people where you can turn to for all your questions.

Exhibition ordering
As a service to you, we will order all the necessary (main) connections for the water, electricity, compressed air, internet and/or ceiling suspension points. The costs for these products are directly passed on to you by the supplier of the product. Prices for these products are, if known to us, mentioned in our offer but are not included in our total price. 

Booth handover
We will always plan, in consultation with you, a date and time for the handover of the booth to you. When possible, we will plan the handover always at least one day before the last build-up day, this
will make it possible for us to cope, if feasible, with your additional requests. All the suppliers who will work for us at your booth will receive a detailed plan for the construction period.
At least one of your Dekoteam contacts will be present for the handover when the exhibition is held in the Benelux or Germany. He/she will always have a complete updated project folder with him, this folder
contains all the agreements, latest drawings, approvals, copies of payments, etc. of the project.

Our Philosophy
